This scanner sucks paper off your desk and tucks it onto your hard disk. It offers a slightly revised look and a slew of small but useful enhancements compared to prior versions. On the outside, the Paperport VX is a little sleeker than its predecessor. The scanner is four inches high, a foot long, and three inches deep. It takes only five or six seconds to scan a full page.
